Space Marine 2 is coming with an action-packed experience
According to the developer team, the open beta test of Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 was canceled in order for the team to focus on the game in a healthier way. As you know, the game will be released on September 9, 2024. Conducting such a test before the launch could affect the game’s process and may even cause delays. Therefore, the team wants to skip this beta process and focus directly on the game’s release.
This installment, which is a sequel to the hack-and-slash game Space Marine released in 2011, was announced at The Game Awards event held in 2021. The game was originally planned to be released in 2023 before facing delays. However, we can now confirm that it will be released on September 9.
