The Resident Evil series, offered to us gamers by Capcom, is well-loved by players, and the new game of the series is eagerly awaited. As confirmed at the Capcom Next Summer 202 event, Koshi Nakanishi, the director of RE 7, will also take on the directorship of the next new game in the series, Resident Evil 9. Nakanishi stated, “After Resident Evil 7, I thought long and hard about what to do next. It was quite difficult to find out what to do in the next project, but I finally found it. To be honest, I’m very excited about this. I can’t share any details at the moment.”
Although not officially announced by Capcom yet, we know that the new game in the series is currently being developed. According to information obtained from a source named Dusk Golem, it is said that Resident Evil 9 will be released in early 2025. However, it should be noted that this is just a rumor.
