Frostpunk 2 Delayed: Here is the New Release Date
The feedback obtained during the beta process of Frostpunk 2 is crucial.
Publisher and developer 11 bit studios announced that the sequel game Frostpunk 2 has been delayed. According to the emerging information, the game has been postponed from its previously planned release date of July 25 to September 20. The game will now be available for sale on Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG for PC on the specified date. The PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series versions will be released at a later date.
Feedback obtained during the beta phase of Frostpunk 2 is crucial
The design director Jakub Stokalski and art director Lukasz Juszczyk of the survival simulation city-building game Frostpunk 2 made various statements and said:
“We received a score of 8 out of 10 based on the feedback we received during the beta phase of the game. We thank you very much for this. The beta section represents only a small part of our game. There is still a lot of work to be done ahead of us, and we have determined our priorities based on this feedback.”
Looking at the statements, it is evident that the feedback obtained from users during the beta phase has been effective. As a result, the developer team identified the missing parts of the game through this feedback and planned the features they will add accordingly.
Overall, we can say that it has been postponed to eliminate all issues in the game and provide a complete gaming experience. The full version of the game is expected to include new game mechanics, an extensive user interface, an optional city feature called “Zoom Stories,” and more.
