Publisher TinyBuild and developer Scythe Dev Team announced the future of Deep Cuts for Quest, VR2, and SteamVR.
Publisher TinyBuild and developer Scythe Dev Team of Happy’s Humble Burger Farm announced that the cinematic horror virtual reality rescue mission Deep Cuts will be coming to Quest this fall, followed by PlayStation VR2 and SteamVR in 2025.
Director, founder, and chief technical engineer of Scythe Dev Team, Kaleb Alfadda, said: “With Deep Cuts, we pushed the boundaries of what is possible in a physical virtual reality environment, utilizing every inch of Meta Quest hardware to create a unique experience. Our team meticulously optimized every feature to deliver a smooth performance that truly brings the game to life and provides rich, detailed environments. We are excited to set a new standard for independent virtual reality by offering players an experience that fully leverages the hardware’s potential.”
Following the success of Happy’s Humble Burger Farm, Scythe and TinyBuild are back with an exciting horror experience, blending it this time with classic cinema in a brand-new way that can only be achieved in virtual reality. Immerse yourself in highly interactive worlds, a chilling atmosphere, and a rich narrative in a complex, physics-based action game.
