Palworld may come to PS5 before Switch
Takuro Mizobe, the CEO of Pocketpair, mentions that while he does not completely rule out the possibility of the game coming to the Switch console, it would be technically challenging. In an interview conducted in early June, Mizobe stated that the technical specifications of Palworld on PC are higher than those of the Switch, which is seen as a significant problem.
Palworld, which was released on Steam for early access in January and also made available to users as part of Xbox game preview, reached 25 million players in the first month according to details announced by Pocketpair. In March, Mizobe stated that they were in talks to bring the game to additional platforms. While negotiations are ongoing for the Switch platform, the success of this endeavor due to technical challenges is currently uncertain.
On the other hand, a post shared on the game’s official Twitter accounts made a reference to the PlayStation 5 console. Therefore, we may see this version of the game soon.
