TECNO officially introduced its second-generation foldable smartphone, the PHANTOM V Fold2 5G, equipped with artificial intelligence technologies. This model offers an exciting option in the foldable phone segment and stands out with its improved features. Innovative AI functions such as Gemini-integrated Ella AI Assistant, AI Artboard, and AI Wallpaper are among the prominent features of the PHANTOM V Fold2 5G.

Features of PHANTOM V Fold2 5G

The PHANTOM V Fold2 5G features a 7.85-inch main screen with a 120 Hz refresh rate when opened and a 6.42-inch outer screen with a 120 Hz refresh rate. The AMOLED FHD+ 3D micro-curved outer screen enhances the user experience with its 21:9 aspect ratio and instant touch sampling rate of up to 1500Hz. TECNO claims that the crease on the main screen of the PHANTOM V Fold2 5G is less than 0.1 mm thanks to aerospace-grade precision hinges, emphasizing that the screen is less prone to deformation. Additionally, the screen is reinforced with various protective methods.

The device is equipped with a 5750mAh Aircell battery. This powerful battery supports users in watching TikTok for up to 9.22 hours and scrolling through Facebook for up to 19.03 hours. TECNO also states that this model features dual-channel fast charging technology. Moreover, it facilitates the charging experience for users with the 15W fast wireless charging support.

The PHANTOM V Fold2 5G is equipped with an Ultra Clear Five Camera Imaging System that includes 3 x 50MP cameras. This system allows for 4K/HDR video recording at 30/60fps and offers 2x optical and 20x digital zoom options. On the front, there are 2 x 32 MP cameras. Additionally, users can also use this foldable smartphone with a stylus; it provides compatibility with TECNO’s new stylus, the PHANTOM V Pen.
