Google Adds a New Feature to Play Store

Google is preparing to introduce an exciting innovation to enhance user experience on the Play Store. This new feature will allow users to automatically open the applications they have downloaded. After the app installation process is completed, users will be able to easily perform this action by using a new Enable Auto-Open option located under the “Open” button on the Play Store list of the application.

Users who activate this button will ensure that the application automatically opens once the installation process is completed. Before the application is 100% installed, the Play Store will present a notification showing the remaining time until the automatic opening process. This feature will allow users to experience new applications more quickly and conveniently.

Increase in App Download Capacity

Google is also introducing other innovations to further enhance the use of the Play Store. Soon, you will be able to download or update three applications simultaneously. Previously, this process was limited to only two applications, but the increasing memory capacities of mobile devices make it possible to download three applications at the same time. This will allow users to make their app installation processes more efficient.

End of the Reward Program and Future Concerns

Additionally, it is reported that with the new updates of the Play Store, it may also allow the updating of applications downloaded from other sources. However, Google has announced the end of its bug bounty program aimed at detecting junk applications and malware present in the Play Store. This program had been actively maintained for 7 years and during this time, the detection of many malicious applications was achieved.

The end of the reward program raises concerns among users about the resurgence of junk applications in the Play Store. However, Google now has advanced artificial intelligence services, and these systems will work with an algorithm that detects which applications are causing issues and alerts Google engineers. Thus, necessary measures will continue to be taken to ensure that users have a safe experience.
