According to this update, Bluetooth 6 will significantly improve communication and flow between devices.

This new feature will provide Bluetooth devices with true distance awareness to track objects like AirTags with centimeter precision. As a result, while the user experience will be significantly enhanced, finding lost items will also become easier and faster. This feature could provide a considerable advantage, especially for Apple-compatible devices in the initial phase.

Moreover, it is expected that the innovation offered by Bluetooth 6.0 will also improve interaction between smartphones and keyless entry cars. This feature adds an extra layer of security by ensuring that the digital keys unlock the vehicle only when connected to an authorized device within a certain distance.

Additionally, Bluetooth peripherals like keyboards and game controllers are expected to transition better between active and inactive states based on distance. Thus, mice and keyboards that should remain connected will not search for devices unnecessarily as they move away, leading to savings in battery consumption.
