Russia’s Struggles Amid a Surge of Airstrikes

Furthermore, on Tuesday, Russian military forces encountered Ukrainian attempts to penetrate the Belgorod region, marking a significant escalation in the conflict.

The reasons behind Russia’s ongoing difficulties in countering what has been described as the most significant foreign incursion into its territory since World War II extend beyond mere issues of manpower and insufficient battlefield intelligence. According to insights from Western officials and military analysts, the situation also highlights a critical misalignment in priorities.
