Release Date and Platforms of Victory Heat Rally

Publisher Playtonic Friends and developer Skydevilpalm announced that the thrilling arcade racing game Victory Heat Rally will be released on October 3rd for PC via Steam, for iOS and Android devices through Crunchyroll Game Vault, and later for Nintendo Switch. In the press release, Playtonic Friends stated:

“Our hope was always to launch simultaneously on all platforms. However, due to some unforeseen challenges that arose during the development process, we decided to continue with the launch on PC and mobile platforms and plan to release the Nintendo Switch version at a later date. But don’t worry! We will have news about the Switch launch very soon, and that date is not far off!”

The Kickstarter campaign launched for Victory Heat Rally also aimed for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions, and these versions are still listed on the campaign page. However, a representative from Playtonic Friends stated to Gematsu that they currently have no plans to publish on these platforms, and that they only signed agreements with the developer for the Switch, PC, and mobile versions, indicating that they have no relation to the Kickstarter campaign.
