New Details About Star Wars Outlaws
New information about Ubisoft’s open-world action-adventure game Star Wars Outlaws, set in the Star Wars universe, continues to emerge. The development team has created a video series to share the story behind the game and behind-the-scenes details. We have now reached the first episode of this video series.
The Game Will Feature a Reputation System
The first video released showcases the beginning of our main character Kay Vess’s story and the situation she finds herself in. The video details how Kay Vess comes together with the battle droid ND-5 and her conflict with the main antagonist Sliro. As our main character battles various troubles, she gets the chance to meet many iconic characters, including Jabba the Hutt and Lady Qi’ra, the leader of Crimson Dawn portrayed by Emilia Clarke.
It is important to note that in addition to familiar areas and iconic characters, planet exploration is also prominent in this production. Players can interact with different underground groups, developing their relationships with these groups. Each area contains a reputation system; this system determines how players’ actions, relationships with individuals, and more affect their reputation in the region.
One of the long-awaited games, Star Wars Outlaws, will be released on August 30 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC platforms.
