New Details About Dragon Age: The Veilguard Have Emerged

Electronic Arts continues to share exciting details about the latest game in the Dragon Age series, Dragon Age: The Veilguard. The game, expected to be released this fall, will feature over 140,000 dialogues.

Dragon Age: The Veilguard Has Been in Development for a Long Time

Dragon Age: The Veilguard aims to provide players with an action and role-playing experience. This production, which stands out with its dark atmosphere, is set to be the latest game in the series. It is worth noting that it has been exactly 10 years since the previous game in the series, Dragon Age: Inquisition. Therefore, expectations for Veilguard are quite high.

While the exciting wait continues, in an interview with GamesRadar, creative director John Epler made significant statements about the development of the game. Epler stated, “We have tried to do more than our best for the newest game in the series and wanted to be sure about many details.”

Additionally, Epler mentioned that the voice acting team has been working meticulously for five years and referred to the information provided by performance director Ashley Barlow. Barlow noted that the game contains exactly over 140,000 recorded dialogue contents. Of these dialogues, 60,000 are recorded for our main character Rook, while 15,000 have been created for different variants of the character. The remaining dialogues will appear in various forms.

Dragon Age: The Veilguard will be released this fall for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC platforms. It is also worth mentioning that the game has received Steam Deck certification.
