S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl, an open-world action survival game depicting a post-apocalyptic world, which has been meticulously developed by GSC Game World for a long time, has been delayed once again. The game has been moved from its previously set release date of September 5 to November 20.
A New Wait Begins
According to the announcements, with the new release date, the game will be released for Xbox Series and PC platforms. The PC version of the game will meet players on Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG. Additionally, it will also be available on Microsoft’s game subscription service, Xbox Game Pass.
The director of GSC Game World, Yevhen Grygorovych, stated in a press release regarding the delay: “We know you are tired of waiting, and we thank you for your patience. This additional two-month period will give us more room to fix bugs within the game. Therefore, we want to make the best use of this time.”
S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl is set to emerge as the newest installment in the series, which has attracted millions of players worldwide and has a large fan base.
