Hunt: Showdown 1896 Officially Announced

Crytek, which has established a solid place in the gaming world with the Crysis series, has officially introduced its new shooter action game Hunt: Showdown 1896. According to the announcements, the game will be released for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC platforms. This new version, which will include both PvP (Player versus Player) and PvE (Player versus Environment) elements, aims to offer players an exciting experience.

A Brand New Experience: Hunt: Showdown 1896

The release date of Hunt: Showdown 1896 has been set for August 15. From this date on, the original Hunt: Showdown game will no longer be playable on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One platforms. Players will encounter a completely different experience in this new installment, while also having the opportunity to make a chronological leap in the story.

The game’s first map has been named Mammon’s Gulch, which will allow us to transition to the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, west of the Bayou. This map will enable players to explore a vast and detailed area. As hunters progress towards the foothills of the mighty Colorado mountains, they will try to survive by making strategic moves.

Hunt: Showdown 1896 is supported by the CRYENGINE 5.11 game engine to stand out with advanced graphic details. Additionally, players will have the opportunity to relive their past experiences through revised versions of the original maps after the release.
