Crypto custody firm Fireblocks recently announced the addition of five firms to its Global Custodian Partner Program. The firms include Zodia Custody, Komainu, CloudTech, Zerocap, and Rakkar.

The Global Custodian Partner Program offers crypto institutions using Fireblocks technology access to local third-party crypto safekeeping options in different jurisdictions such as the U.K., Australia, Singapore, the UAE, and Japan. Fireblocks is also awaiting approval for its New York Trust company application to cater to U.S. clients.

Many institutions rely on custodial solutions for managing cryptocurrencies. The Fireblocks partner program aims to streamline digital asset treasury management, providing rapid asset transactions and dynamic payment workflows for customers.

According to Adam Levine, SVP of corporate development at Fireblocks, the program intends to expand to regions like the European Union and Latin America. Levine highlighted the importance of having multiple strong custodial partners to meet the diverse needs of clients.
