Samsung and Instagram Working on Special Super HDR On/Off Button for Galaxy S24

It seems like Samsung continues its collaboration with Instagram to develop a special Super HDR on/off button for the Galaxy S24 series. Despite being announced approximately 2 months ago, this feature is still in the development stage.

With the new Instagram Super HDR on/off feature, Galaxy S24 users will have more control over how they view Instagram feeds. By default, the Super HDR feature will be enabled, ensuring that the content in Instagram feeds is displayed at its highest brightness and vibrancy levels. However, this might not be suitable for everyone.

Samsung and Instagram plan to address this by adding a special Super HDR on/off button to the Galaxy S24, allowing users to choose their preferences. A Samsung official stated that user feedback was taken into account to improve the Super HDR feature and work is being done on this transition.

With this new feature, users will be able to choose whether they want to view Instagram feeds with HDR on or off. The Samsung official mentioned that updates on this matter will continue to be communicated to users through the Samsung Members application.

Expected Improvements on Galaxy S24 Ultra and Other Models with One UI 6.1.1 Update

The One UI 6.1.1 update, expected to be introduced by Samsung at the upcoming Unpacked event, is anticipated to enhance the outdoor camera performance of the Galaxy S24 Ultra. Additionally, it is planned for the Galaxy Z Flip 6 and Galaxy Z Fold 6 models to come with this update right out of the box.
