Xbox is offering refunds to those who purchased the canceled Redfall DLC.
The last update for Redfall arrived in May.
The plug of Redfall, the vampire-themed collaboration-focused shooter action game offered to players by Microsoft, was recently pulled, as you know. We can now convey that the game is not being developed in any way and there will be no more updates in the future. At this point, those who purchased the canceled DLC are now being refunded.
The last update for Redfall came in May
The said content was included in the Bite Back Edition version along with the base game. It could also be purchased separately with a price tag of $27. The additional package initially included the Redfall Hero Pass, which offered two additional characters with unique powers and gameplay, among other contents. However, the game’s developer, Arkane Austin, was shut down by Microsoft, and all developments were canceled.
According to Windows Central, Microsoft has started to refund the add-on pack to those who purchased it on both Xbox and Steam. On the other hand, users who bought the physical edition of Redfall Bite Back Edition can contact Bethesda customer support to find out how they can request a refund.
Furthermore, the last Redfall update was released at the end of May, introducing the online mode to the game.
